YOU & Rapid Tune - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with our franchise family, providing support & mentorship
  • Upholding & nurturing the Rapid Tune culture and values
  • Monitoring individual Store Performance and KPI's
  • Work with relevant managers to resolve any escalated customer issues that occur within your area
  • Holding & attending management and training Sessions
  • Creative thinking and problem solving

YOU & Rapid Tune - Your Attributes:

  • Background in automotive industry preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge, aptitude and/or Automotive/Industry certification
  • Prior work experience and knowledge of a franchise business model is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to liaise professionally with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership & mentoring skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Australian drivers licence
