You're a great Accounts and/or Payroll Officer - you're extremely diligent & organised and take pride in how "nothing slips past you". You're very process driven and have lists & notes to make sure you're on top of everything.

You're a "can-do" person - you're positive in your mindset and you do your best work when you're part of a team that shares your work ethic, and who help each other get stuff done and solve problems, together.

You enjoy accounting but you're hungry to learn more. You may be in a role at the moment where you're doing relatively the same thing, day in, day out and you're ready to learn more, be challenged and grow your career.

This role is for a client of ours in manufacturing & engineering. This role is part of a small team, within a larger group, that actually has several entities within it. This makes for interesting & challenging management accounting. Your role will be different week to week, (of course with recurring, repetitive, expected accounting tasks) and they will mentor & develop you into learning new things and expanding your skills as an accountant.

The company is family-oriented and they offer their staff a lot of understanding & flexibility. They're also a down-to-earth bunch that are genuinely fun to work with. The projects & products they work on and develop are really awe-inspiring too. They're about to expand into a new state or the art factory, and they have some big growth plans ahead, so it is really a role you can turn into a long term career.

They need someone to assist with processing Debtor & Creditor Invoice, EOM processes, Payroll as well as adhoc administrative & HR duties. The role is varied, and as stated above, there are a lot of moving/changing parts so you must have a good resilience and ability to adapt and face challenges head on.

The role is full-time, Mon-Fri 9-5, in house at their Toowoomba office.
