Your Opportunity:

Internal Communications Specialist
, you'll be the voice that connects our global retail teams — creating engaging, inspiring, and informative content that drives alignment and strengthens our culture.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you'll partner across departments to deliver clear, creative, and consistent communications that help our Teams stay informed, inspired, and performing at their best.

What you'll be doing:

  • Execute global internal communication
    strategies across multiple channels.
  • Create and deliver engaging newsletters, announcements, and campaigns that connect our global teams.
  • Partner with Retail, L&D, and Operations to ensure key business messages are delivered clearly and consistently.
  • Manage translation and localisation processes to ensure our global audience feels included and informed.
  • Maintain and enhance internal communication tools, templates, and content libraries.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
  • Support leadership in crafting key messages and internal announcements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute communication projects and special events.

What skills you bring:

  • Experience in
    internal communications
    , content creation, or marketing within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Excellent
    written and visual storytelling skills
    – with strong attention to tone, clarity, and detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Confidence using digital communication tools (e.g. CANVA, CMS platforms, Teams, SmartCat or similar).
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills – delivering quality work on time and in full.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, global retail environment.
  • A passion for communication, culture, and creating connection across teams worldwide.
