Green Shoots Gardening is a busy lawn mowing and gardening business servicing customers in Rockingham and Baldivis. We perform most gardening maintenance services including lawn mowing and care, weed control, hedge/bush trimming, mulching, yard cleanups and tip runs.

We are experiencing rapid business growth and require the services of a Gardening Assistant to help meet customer demand.

Duties:

· Attend properties and perform gardening services – lawn mowing, edging, whipper snipping, weed spraying/pulling, etc.

· Communicate reliably and effectively with customers and the business owner.

Applicant Criteria:

The successful applicant will:

· Have a very keen eye for detail.

· Take pride in their work and complete tasks to a high quality.

· Be polite, professional and courteous to customers.

· Be reliable and able to show up for work in a drug-free and alcohol-free state.

· Be safety focused.

· Be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.

· Enjoy working hard, both individually and part of a team.

· Have an automatic driver's licence.

· Have some previous gardening experience

· Be available to work Monday – Friday and the occasional Saturday
