About the Role

This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week, with the following schedule:

- Mondays: 5:30 am – 1:36 pm (focused on rubbish bin placement and waste management)
- Tuesdays to Fridays: 8:00 am – 4:06 pm (standard gardening and groundskeeping duties)

As our Gardener, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high presentation standards of our community. Your responsibilities will include:

- Mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, watering, and planting
- Maintaining gardens, lawns, paths, and communal outdoor areas
- Managing waste collection and bin placement on Mondays
- Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
- Responding to resident requests and supporting ad hoc gardening tasks

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to creating well-kept, welcoming outdoor environments. You’ll ideally bring:

- At least 1 year of experience in gardening, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance
- Solid knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- A warm, customer-friendly approach and good interpersonal skills
- Physical capacity to carry out manual tasks (lifting up to 15kg)

Experience in residential communities, retirement villages, schools, or commercial grounds is highly regarded.
