**About our Business**:
Green Shoots Gardening is a busy lawn mowing and gardening business servicing customers in Rockingham and Baldivis. We perform most gardening maintenance services including lawn mowing and care, weed control, hedge/bush trimming, mulching, yard cleanups and tip runs.

We are experiencing rapid business growth and require the services of a Gardening Assistant to help meet customer demand.

**Duties**:

- Attend properties and perform gardening services - lawn mowing, edging, whipper snipping, weed spraying/pulling, etc.
- Communicate reliably and effectively with customers and the business owner.

**Applicant Criteria**:
The successful applicant will:

- Have a very keen eye for detail.
- Take pride in their work and complete tasks to a high quality.
- Be polite, professional and courteous to customers.
- Be reliable and able to show up for work in a drug-free and alcohol-free state.
- Be safety focused.
- Be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
- Enjoy working hard, both individually and part of a team.
- Have an automatic driver’s licence.
- Have some previous gardening experience
- Be available to work Monday - Friday and the occasional Saturday
