The Role

We're searching for a driven Account Manager who knows how to build trust, protect key accounts, and grow revenue. This isn't a transactional sales role – it's about being in front of your customers, understanding their world, and ensuring they see ongoing value in your solutions.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Owning a portfolio of existing B2B customers and ensuring they renew.
  • Growing revenue within accounts by identifying opportunities for hardware, software, services, and training.
  • Creating and executing territory and account plans to drive performance.
  • Running structured client meetings and calls – with a clear objective every time.
  • Managing a robust pipeline and achieving set sales/revenue targets.
  • Networking across client organisations to build consensus and prevent competitors from getting in.

About You

You're a commercial operator who holds yourself to a high standard. You've managed a sales territory before and understand what it takes to deliver growth. You're disciplined, well-organised, and resilient when it comes to achieving targets.

We're looking for:

  • B2B account management or sales experience with proven results.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships across multiple decision makers.
  • Commercial acumen – comfortable discussing ROI, value drivers, and pricing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A proactive, persistent approach to hitting sales KPIs.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
