Part-Time Property Manager – Flexible Hours, No Stress

We're looking for an experienced or semi-retired Property Manager to join our boutique Noosa-based agency. This is a part-time role – 4 hours a day, 4 days a week – offering great flexibility and a relaxed, supportive environment.

What's on offer:

  • $35 per hour plus superannuation

  • Work with a long-term, well-managed rent roll and loyal clients

About the role:

You'll be handling day-to-day property management tasks including:

  • Routine and entry/exit inspections
  • PropertyMe administration
  • Liaising with tenants and owners

No end-of-month or trust accounting – just genuine property management with no stress

This role would suit someone seeking work-life balance, perhaps returning to the workforce, semi-retired, or looking for a low-pressure environment in a well-run, friendly team.
