About the role:

Are you a strategic Marketing Coordinator with a creative edge and a genuine passion for architecture or design? Based in Brookvale, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work on inspiring projects that blend innovation, aesthetics, and impact.

CSR are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing multiple projects, and is excited to collaborate with architects, designers, and industry leaders. If you're ready to bring your marketing expertise into a space where design meets purpose-this is the role for you.

What you will be doing:

• Market Research & Strategy: Analyse customer segments and trends to inform targeted marketing strategies.
• Channel & Campaign Management: Develop distribution channels and execute international campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Product Launch Support: Coordinate timelines and deliverables for product launches, including content creation and digital updates.
• Event Planning: Organise domestic and international design and industry events to build brand awareness and generate sales.
• Content Development: Create compelling marketing materials-case studies, videos, brochures, and digital content aligned with SEO/SEM strategy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with architects, designers, media, and industry partners to foster collaboration and loyalty.
• Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with tools and resources to effectively promote products.
• Performance & Budget Oversight: Monitor campaign performance using CRM tools and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market developments and competitor activity to maintain a strategic edge.

About you:

• Passion for architecture, design, or the built environment.
• Detail-driven with precision and creativity across campaigns and written content.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools platforms.
• Proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
