Brookvale Bike Factory is a favorite local bike shop located in the Northern Beaches. The business is a family-owned business that has been operating for more than 25 years.

What you'll be doing:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of marketing campaigns, activities, branding and instore product launches.

Position Responsibilities:

- Execute marketing strategy for Brookvale Bike Factory including online and in-store presence.
- Create marketing material for the retail store and on line advertising, from brief to final artwork. Online advertising includes; Facebook, google, youtube and other social media.
- Coordinate product launch marketing activities in our retail store, including sharing content, assets and launch guides, ensuring maximum exposure through retailer channels is generated.
- Develop relationships with local community to develop the brand of the business. This may include working with Surf life savers, local schools and local council to promote cycling in the community.
- Work with major bike brands including Trek, Electra and Bontrager in executing online and instore marketing activities.
- Execute marketing strategies online via Facebook, Google and present monthly report to owner of the business on the success of online campaigns.
- Coordination of in-store materials including point-of-sale (POS), promotional items, graphics and branding, working with the design & purchasing teams to fulfil requirements.
- Maintain a high level of financial, analytical and data control on own activities and budget for Brookvale Bike Factory.
- Undertake market research for the business to find new markets to sell our products and services.
- Review the services we currently provide our clients and recommend marketing strategies to target existing customers. For example, execute market strategies for clients that have purchased a bike to use our bike serving option.
- On a quarterly basis provide a competitor analysis and marketing report to the owner of the business to assist in making decisions in relation to products and services, prices and product mix.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in google analystics, Search engine optimization and facebook advertising.
- Experience working with production houses and knowledge of different print media, particularly in retail POP displays.
- Ideally, tertiary qualified with a Marketing, Communications or Information technology related experience.
- Good knowledge of Bike products.

Salary

The position is a full time permanent position. The base salary for the position is between $58k to $72k.

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
