About Them:This leading civil construction company who are highly established in the market are seeking a HR Officer to support a busy HR function and make sure everything runs smoothly. This role is for someone who has a passion for people and thrives in a dynamic, fast paced role  The Role:

This firm holds an extremely tight knit Human Resources department and this role will keep you on your toes working for such a diverse company.

Your day to day will consists of the following:

  • Policy development, implementation and updating
  • Support and deliver exciting HR projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the effective operation and development of the HR function
  • HR system improvements and implementation
  • Compliance activities
  • Employee relations case management

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years' experience minimum as a HR Coordinator/ Generalist within civil construction and or mining.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or similar
  • Experience within legal or professional services is essential
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • Good attention to detail
  • Can do attitude
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office
