We're looking for a confident, customer-focused person to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative.

At Adelaide Resource Recovery (ARR), we're passionate about sustainability and delivering great service — and we're looking for someone who shares that same energy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping customers by phone, email, and in person
  • Preparing quotes and tenders
  • Answering enquiries and finding solutions
  • Following procedures while also bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team
  • Learning as you go and growing with us

What you'll bring:

  • Experience or knowledge in waste disposal or contaminated soils (a bonus, but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in person
  • A friendly, helpful attitude with great customer service skills
  • The ability to stay organised and prioritise what's important
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A current driver's licence
