Join our team in Albury and help drive our continued growth as a Internal Sales & Trade Counter Salesperson We're seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated person with experience in the fastener industry and or across industrial supplies and hardware industries. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing sales support, acquiring new customers, and contributing to our profitability. Your upbeat and diligent approach, combined with your open and consistent communication style, will make you the ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

  • Servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects over phone or email sales and trade counter
  • Being on hand to provide sales over the trade counter
  • Providing external sales executives support relating to leads, quotes and orders
  • Build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations
  • Provide product support with ability to solve basic issues faced by customers and advising customers on product solutions
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch
  • Identifying opportunities and produce leads for the sales force
  • Keep up to date with the latest product developments
  • Contribute to the continual improvement culture of the company

Who we're seeking:

  • Self-motivated and work well unsupervised
  • Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
  • High levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experienced using Microsoft Windows based computer programs
  • Fastener and associated product industry experience would be highly valued, but not essential
