This role is ideal for someone with experience in HR operations, payroll, or business partnering and who's ready to lead a team and shape the way we deliver HR services across Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Adelaide, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and people-centred HR services, while implementing a pre-determined strategy.

- Confidence working with stakeholders across functions, locations, and levels
- An interest in improving systems, processes, and employee experiences
- Experience working within a global or matrixed environment is valued but not essential
