Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Redpath Partners Pty Ltd Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We're currently partnered with multiple head contractors seeking experienced Estimators. This is an excellent opportunity for a contractor to step in on a short-term basis, supporting tenders, cost estimates, and commercial activities across the new build, fitout and refurbishment sector.

Contract: 6 weeks +

Location:Office / potential WFH options

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review cost estimates for new build and construction scopes
  • Support the team in finalising Bill of Quantities and submission documents
  • Analyse plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to source and validate pricing
  • Assist with tender reviews and pricing comparisons

Requirements:

  • Proven estimating experience in new build and fitout construction projects (commercial, residential, industrial)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ideally worked with Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractors
  • Strong commercial experience
