We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Cafe manager to oversee day to day operations and events. As manager, your responsibilities will include the management of a friendly team of staff, the training & development of your team, smooth running of operations, and the execution of functions and events, all the while upholding our high standard of customer service.

  • Experience in the same or similar role
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Function & event operations experience
  • The ability to multi-task & work at a fast pace
  • Excellent communication & staff supervisory skills
  • The ability to think outside the box when it comes to providing solutions & problem solving

  • Immaculate presentation
  • A hands on supervisor approach that leads by example.
  • A passion for customer focused service
  • Labour & Cost of goods management experience
