On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading entity in the automotive industry, we are currently seeking candidates for a contract position. This opportunity is available immediately as a contractual role until 31st March 2026, with potential for extension.
The Data Reporting Analyst is primarily responsible for both leading and contributing to the design, development and support of enterprise reporting as well as the supporting the business with self-service reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Report Development Standards and related policies and procedures to achieve and maintain best practice in terms of quality, long-term cost and re-use.
- Contribute to the design, development and support of Enterprise Reporting in line with Report Development Standards leveraging programming where necessary.
- Monitor and Report on performance of Enterprise Reporting against targets and recommends countermeasures where required in order to ensure that agreed objectives can be achieved.
- Coordinates and facilitates forums to ensure that reporting and analytics plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all business stakeholders and understood and documented in accordance with relevant business processes and business logic.
Qualification / Experience:
- Degree qualification in IT or equivalent experience desired.
- Experience and applied knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Excel.
- 5+ years' accumulative IT industry experience required.
- Familiar with industry standard project methodologies and working closely with business users.
- Experience in leading mixed-vendor project teams to deliver optimal business outcomes.
- Understanding of SAP Business Objects, HANA, Analysis for Office (AFO) technologies.
- Proven track record of managing business stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Proven budget management experience and financial acumen.
