What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage diverse client accounts, acting as the trusted point of contact for brands seeking digital growth.
  • Develop and oversee integrated digital strategies—SEO, SEM, paid media, social, content, and more—to drive measurable results.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution, collaborating closely with creative, development, and performance teams.
  • Build enduring client relationships, delivering clear reports, updates, and recommendations that add genuine business value.
  • Conduct regular strategy reviews, uncover opportunities for improvement, and proactively address challenges.
  • Oversee website design and development projects, partnering with designers and developers, and advising on site layout and user experience.
  • Manage and recommend major CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot, or Shopify, ensuring clients' websites are dynamic, powerful, and easy to update.
  • Understand and implement CRM solutions (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and deliver customer journey mapping and automated workflows using leading marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
  • Ensure all digital and brand touchpoints—web, social, email—are aligned, consistent, and delivering the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Drive new business, scoping opportunities and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines, bringing creative ideas and technical know-how to the table.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in digital marketing account management, ideally within a full-service agency.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills—internally and with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking blended with hands-on campaign delivery, plus proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Up-to-date technical digital marketing knowledge—across website design & development, CMS management (WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot), CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Collaborative spirit; someone who thrives working with diverse teams and brings high energy to the work environment.
  • Organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about continual learning and delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
