Our client is a proudly Australian-owned company with operations across the country. They are specialists in height safety, roof and building access, and fall protection systems. They are looking to appoint a results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of height safety equipment, as a key focus will be offering expert advice and tailored solutions to clients, while also identifying potential risks on-site.

We are ideally looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Success in winning new business and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work with clients to understand desired outcomes
  • Work autonomously as well as being a team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Ability to conduct audits and inspections on existing client sites
  • Attention to details
  • Be able to make compelling, fact-based presentations

  • Be able to generate leads
  • Create and develop marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong customer focus with exceptional negotiation skills
  • High level of resilience, professionalism, and credibility
  • Ability to be able to travel within ACT when required
