The Position

As a Business Analyst at CEA Technologies, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify business needs, analyse processes, and deliver innovative solutions with CEA's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other business tools.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can leverage their expertise to guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail oriented, user focused and able to support CEA's ERP and other business tools as the primary point of contact and support in the Finance Systems Team.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.


• Analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights.


• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions.


• Developing and presenting comprehensive reports, dashboards, and models.


• Supporting project teams during implementation phases, ensuring objectives are met.


• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings as needed.


• Providing Helpdesk and user support for core enterprise applications.

About You


• 3-5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Cognos, Power BI).


• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


• Familiarity with Pronto or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms and ERP methodologies is desirable.


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.


• Experience with digital transformation and implementation is highly desirable.

Eligibility


• An Australian Citizen;


• Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - Baseline. The successful candidate MUST be able to obtain clearance prior to commencement


• ITAR - This position requires employees to access equipment and data that is subject to U.S International Traffic and Arms Regulation (ITAR). As such, applicants must disclose the following information at the time of application.
