Purpose

The primary focus of this role is to develop deep expertise in HammerTech and support all aspects of implementation - including solution analysis, configuration, project planning, training material development and delivery, and ongoing customer support. In addition to implementation, the role will also contribute to the day-to-day business operations of HammerTech by responding to customer support tickets, maintaining our online knowledge base, and driving continuous improvements to our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to protect revenue and drive renewals
  • Identify and mitigate client risks using customer success metrics and insights
  • Support client expansion across projects, offices, and territories
  • Partner with the Implementation team to ensure a seamless handover and ongoing success
  • Provide expert support across implementation and general customer enquiries
  • Stay on top of client needs and ensure all contractual and regulatory requirements are met
  • Champion internal best practices using tools like Vitally, Wrike, Confluence, and PowerBI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech
  • Become an expert in the HammerTech platform - its features, value, and competitive advantages
  • Pitch in with general business admin and ad-hoc duties as required
