Role Description

We are seeking an
Application Implementation and Support Specialist
to join our team in
Melbourne or Sydney
.

This is a
full-time role
, with the flexibility to work
primarily from home
. You will be responsible for implementing our platform for new customers, delivering training, and providing ongoing technical and application support. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, solving technical challenges, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading implementation and onboarding for new pharmacy accounts.
  • Delivering product training to customers and ensuring confident adoption.
  • Providing technical and application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Maintaining application functionality and optimizing workflows.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive service and support.

Qualifications & Skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Pharmacy or
    DAA packing knowledge
    (advantageous).
  • SQL skills (not essential, but a plus).
  • Background in
    Application Support
    and/or
    Technical Support
    .
  • Strong
    analytical and troubleshooting
    skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    (preferred).
  • Ability to work
    independently
    and
    collaboratively
    within a team.
