The opportunity

Are you a passionate and experienced Diploma Educator looking to join a reputable Early Childhood Education and Care provider? Green Gables Moore Park in Waterloo NSW is seeking a full-time Diploma Educator to join their dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
  2. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
  3. Observe and document children's progress, implementing individualised learning plans
  4. Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  5. Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  6. Comply with all relevant childcare regulations and standards

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Diploma Educator in a childcare setting
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging children in learning and play
  5. Strong knowledge of child development and the ability to implement effective teaching strategies
  6. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care and education
  7. First Aid and CPR certifications must be held before commencing employment
  8. Permanent resident or 485 Visa required for this position
