Little Zak's Academy is a family-owned and operated early learning service dedicated to providing exceptional care and education in a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment.

We're looking for Diploma-qualified Educators to join our friendly and supportive team at our Carey Bay centre.

Your Role

  • Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Work collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
  • Maintain safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environments
  • Contribute to continuous program development and improvement

About You

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent / working towards)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • A genuine passion for nurturing children and building meaningful connections
