About Thrive ELC, Picton
Our purpose-built Picton centre operates Monday to Friday, 7am – 6pm. Licensed for up to 63 children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, it offers a modern, welcoming space where both children and educators thrive.
About the Role
We are seeking a diploma qualified educator to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and motivate children, families, and fellow educators while contributing to a positive learning culture.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Deliver high-quality practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Collaborate positively with the team
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers
- Contribute to the educational program through observations, documentation, and active engagement
What We're Looking For:
- Completed diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Current NSW Employee Working With Children Check
- Sound working knowledge of EYLF & National Quality Standard (NQS)
