Our client is seeking an experienced senior front-end construction lawyer keen to work in a high performing in-house legal team.

Position Description

You will work on a range of matters including:

  • Overseeing legal matters in Asia Pacific, with a focus on Australian projects.
  • Working on deal structuring, negotiation, and closure for regional projects.
  • Providing legal guidance to management and project teams during project execution.
  • Assisting in dispute resolution.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of
8 years' post admission experience
in construction law (e.g. infrastructure, renewable energy).

In addition, you will have:

  • Strong business acumen and pragmatic problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional advisory, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships across all business levels.
  • Eager to actively contribute in a collaborative team setting.
