Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Bistro Manager to join our team at The Tower Hotel. If you have a strong background in bar, restaurant, or cafe work and are ready to help run our bustling bistro department, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the bistro, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with seating, waiting, and serving customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Helping with the set-up and smooth running of functions and events.
  • Supervising and coordinating bistro staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the bistro.
  • Assisting in training and guiding new team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or cafe management is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, with shifts typically running from 5pm-9pm.
  • Availability on most Saturdays and evenings.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
