About the role

Brush Tones Painting Services is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team in Ringwood East, Victoria. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing quality painting and decorating services to our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing surfaces by washing, sanding, and priming as required
  2. Applying paint and other decorative finishes to a range of interior and exterior surfaces
  3. Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment
  4. Providing customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  5. Working safely and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Painter & Decorator, preferably in a residential setting
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work
  3. Proficient in the use of various painting tools and equipment
  4. Good communication and customer service skills
  5. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  6. A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
