We are looking for a motivated and reliable Painter to join our growing team. This role combines both painting and general property maintenance, offering a variety of tasks and opportunities to expand your skills.

Task & Responsibilities

- Prepare and paint surfaces for residential, commercial, and decorative projects.
- Carry out painting and surface preparation, including sanding, patching, priming, and applying high-quality finishes.
- Carry out touch-ups, repairs, and protective coatings to maintain finishes.
- Perform routine property maintenance, including minor repairs of walls and tiles, patching, and basic handyman tasks.
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and materials safely.
- Follow safety standards and ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- At least 1 year of work experience in interior or exterior painting.
- Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent).
- Driver’s license and Transport
- Experience in painting and general maintenance work.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks confidently.
- Must hold a current car licence
- Possession of a valid White Card, personal hand tools, and reliable transportation
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for detailed work.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and proper handling of materials.
