Lead with Purpose as a Client Experience Manager - Newcastle
Nextt has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in Disability Services to join our Client Experience team in Newcastle. This is a rewarding role where you'll manage a portfolio of clients and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred support. Our office is based in Toronto, with regular travel across the Newcastle region.

About The Role
As a Client Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of high-performing Support Workers. Your focus will be on ensuring clients receive an outstanding end-to-end experience and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

  • Proven leadership experience with strong people management skills
  • A track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • Experience in the disability sector, ideally supporting clients with complex mental health needs
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence navigating systems and processes
