HH Services is a leading housekeeping service provider to hotels in
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Noosa, and the Hunter Valley
. We are currently seeking a
Housekeeping Manager
to lead and inspire teams across several hotel properties in the
Noosa area
.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to combine
leadership, operational excellence, and guest service
in one of Australia's most beautiful destinations.


About the Role

  • Establish and maintain department structure, staffing, and productivity to meet operational needs
  • Oversee recruitment and training of housekeeping team members in line with labour budgets and company standards
  • Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned to the
    highest hygiene and Covid Safe standards
  • Supervise daily operations to guarantee timely availability of guest rooms
  • Drive performance management and colleague development within the department
  • Manage outsourced housekeeping teams effectively
  • Analyse monthly reports to identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Prepare and manage annual expense budgets in collaboration with finance and leadership teams


About You

  • Proven experience as a
    Housekeeping Manager
    in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership abilities and the skill to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service focus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage time effectively
