Who We're Looking For

  • Cert III in Automotive Technology (minimum)
  • 2+ years post-apprenticeship trade experience
  • Strong time management — you know when it's go-time and when it's knock-off
  • Great eye for detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Diagnostic ability a bonus, not a must
  • Positive attitude and real vibrancy — you lift the room, not drain it
  • Driven by personal mastery and being part of a team that runs at your level

What You'll Do

  • Service, repair, and diagnose across a range of vehicles
  • Keep your bay clean, efficient, and running tight
  • Communicate clearly with the front of house team
  • Deliver quality work — first time, every time
