Used Car Minor Panel & Paint Repair Technician

Are you an experienced minor panel or paint repair technician with an eye for detail and pride in your workmanship? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our busy Used Vehicle Reconditioning Team at our multi-franchise dealership in Geraldton WA.

About the Role

As a Used Car Minor Panel & Paint Repair Technician, you'll play a key part in ensuring our pre-owned vehicles are prepared to the highest cosmetic standard before delivery to our customers.

Your role will include:

  • Performing minor panel repairs, paint touch-ups, and cosmetic refinishing
  • Repairing small dents, scratches, and blemishes
  • Buffing, polishing, and preparing vehicles for display or delivery
  • Working collaboratively with our detailing and mechanical teams to ensure a high-quality finish and quick turnaround
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area and following dealership safety procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in panel and paint work, ideally in a dealership or reconditioning environment
  • Takes pride in producing top-quality work and has a strong attention to detail
  • Works well both independently and within a team environment
  • Is reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • Holds a current driver's licence
