Reformer Pilates Manager – World Gym Bunbury (Multi-Site Role)

Part-Time | Minimum 20 Hours per Week | Across Two Clubs

World Gym Bunbury is on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and experienced Reformer Pilates Manager to lead and grow our Reformer Pilates programs across two dynamic club locations. About the Role

As the Reformer Pilates Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of our Reformer Pilates classes across both clubs. This role combines hands-on instructing with strategic planning and team leadership, making it perfect for a senior instructor ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging group Reformer Pilates classes.
  • Oversee scheduling, programming, and instructor coordination across two locations.
  • Mentor and support a team of instructors, ensuring consistency and excellence in class delivery.
  • Create innovative class formats that align with member goals and trends in the Pilates space.
  • Monitor class attendance and feedback to ensure program success.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive studio environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Reformer Pilates instruction, ideally in a leadership or coordination role.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise time across multiple locations.
  • Passionate about fitness, community, and member experience.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in Reformer Pilates.
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
