We have a rare opportunity for a full time Client Advisor based at our Collins Street Flagship store in the CBD.

About you:

  • An understanding of the luxury fashion industry, in particular clienteling & CRM
  • Previous experience within a fashion retail environment (luxury preferred)
  • Track record of success with sales and meeting KPIs
  • Exemplary communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to compete with changing priorities
  • Willingness to learn and develop in all aspects of retail including operations and back of house functions
