Espresso Repairman is a leading provider of coffee machine servicing, repairs and installations in South East Queensland. These performance standards are critical to our business model. Our business is consistently growing and we are seeking a Full Time Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team.

This role will require the ability to manage and prioritise workflow, and deal with a diverse range of customers.

The ideal applicant will possess very strong interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic and passionate about our business, focusing on delivering high quality customer service with a friendly outgoing personality.

Responsibilities Include

  • Answering incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Scheduling technicians to attend jobs in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Regions.
  • Assisting management with administrative duties as requested.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised office environment.
  • General office duties as required.

Required Attributes and Qualifications

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Energetic, a fast learner and possess a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced small office environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Job scheduling and knowledge of SEQ geographical locations will be an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Ability to calmly handle any situation and work under pressure when required.
  • Reliable and Punctual

This is a Full Time position working 38hrs, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.  The position would have to be carried out in our office/workshop in Tingalpa.
