Oldfield Early Learning is a family owned and operated centre, conveniently located in the heart of Seven Hills. With 5 separate rooms and an outdoor play area akin to a children's wonderland, no expense has been spared to create an incredible learning environment for your child.

We're looking for a passionate Educational Leader to join our team and help shape rich, child-led programs that inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection.

Role Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience

  • Current and valid Working with Children Check

  • Current, Child Protection, First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
  • An ability to interpret curriculum documents
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Centre Director in leading and inspiring a team of educators, encouraging collaboration, professional growth, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program
  • Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
  • Participate in professional and personal development
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in early childhood education, leading the team in innovative practices
