Superfluoro is a design-led joinery and systems business working at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and advanced manufacturing. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administration & Accounts Officer to join our team full-time.

The Role

This role is the finance and admin backbone of the business. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reporting, while also handling client invoicing and chasing payments in a professional manner.

We're looking for someone who is not only accurate with numbers but also comfortable dealing directly with clients and suppliers, ensuring our business runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Issue invoices and progress claims
  • Chase outstanding payments with clients professionally and firmly
  • Process payroll and superannuation
  • Bank reconciliations and coding
  • Weekly cash flow snapshots and monthly management reports
  • Support BAS and compliance preparation
  • Maintain clean financial records for directors and accountant
  • Develop and maintain templates (invoices, POs, reports)
  • General administrative support as required

About You

  • Strong bookkeeping experience (Xero essential)
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and suppliers
  • Confident in chasing payments and following up with debtors
  • Detail-focused, accurate, and reliable
  • Able to work independently and proactively
  • Organised and deadline-driven (payroll, invoicing cycles)
