This role is perfect if you want to deepen your technical and commercial know-how and grow into a well-rounded project leader. You'll get hands-on exposure across industries, products and supply chains—with on-the-job mentorship and fresh learning opportunities every day. What You'll Be Doing

  • See projects through from start to finish
    : from scoping and scheduling to costings, quality checks and on-time delivery.
  • Forge strong relationships
    : ask the right questions, translate customer needs and keep suppliers aligned.
  • Coordinate with overseas partners
    : manage product development, production runs and logistics across Asia.
  • Solve real-world engineering challenges
    : think critically, troubleshoot and propose practical improvements.
  • Learn from experts
    : work alongside our Senior Project & Ops Manager and wider team to build your skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Solutions-first mindset
    : you take ownership, cut through roadblocks, and make things happen.
  • Practical background
    : ideally you've studied engineering or industrial design (or you bring hands-on experience in manufacturing or product development), and you can translate technical insights into commercial value for our customers.
  • Strong communicator
    : you're organised, confident and able to keep everyone aligned while managing multiple moving parts.
  • Fast learner with initiative
    : you quickly grasp new concepts, spot opportunities to improve, and act decisively to drive progress.
  • Team player
    : you value collaboration and stay open to feedback to continuously improve and help the team succeed.
  • Bonus
    : prior project coordination or management experience.
