Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a
Creative Content Manager
to join our Growth Team at TRIBE HQ in Melbourne, Victoria. We are looking for someone who can craft compelling content that elevates TRIBE's voice in the creator economy, strengthens our brand narrative, and supports our marketing and business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with our Head of Growth, Creative Director and Growth Marketing Manager to ideate, write and produce high-impact content across blogs, case studies, thought-leadership pieces, EDMs, pitch decks, PR materials and social content. You will have the autonomy to shape how our stories are told while being part of a small, high-performing and supportive team.

Some key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Writing, editing and proofreading a wide range of content including blogs, industry reports, case studies, EDMs, social posts and campaign copy.
• Collaborating with the Growth team to build content calendars, brainstorm ideas and maintain a strong cadence of marketing activity.
• Researching insights and helping develop messaging for brand proposals, pitch decks and RFPs.
• Ensuring TRIBE's tone of voice is sharp, consistent and distinctly TRIBE across all channels.
• Managing content creation workflows from ideation through to publication and distribution.
• Supporting storytelling across marketing, PR and partner-facing materials.
• Designing and visually packaging simple decks and creative assets in Canva or Keynote when required.

To qualify, you will need:

• 2-3 years of experience as a copywriter, content producer or marketer in a creative or fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to craft engaging content across multiple formats and audiences.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for research, ideation and drafting while maintaining a strong human voice.
• Understanding of marketing metrics, content performance, creator marketing and social trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail, grammar and tone.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills that enable effective collaboration and impactful output.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot and Keynote/Canva.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
