We're a fast-growing UGC (User-Generated Content) agency based in vibrant Prahran, Melbourne. We partner with some of Australia's leading direct-to-consumer brands, delivering high-performing, scroll-stopping UGC video ads for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.

About the Role

We're looking for a
Creative Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. You'll be the key link between our creative team and the talented network of content creators we work with. Your role will ensure projects are executed efficiently, and on time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment and is confident managing people, projects, and workflows efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, coordinate, and manage content creators, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop clear, concise creative briefs for content creators aligned with client goals.
  • Provide actionable guidance and feedback to content creators to elevate the quality and creativity of their work.
  • Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring smooth execution of all creative deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely updates.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external creators to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support agency operations and client success.

About You

  • 1–2 years experience in a similar role (creative coordination, production, project management, or agency-side preferred).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills - you know how to keep multiple plates spinning.
  • Ability to give clear, constructive feedback and maintain strong relationships with creators.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Passion for social media, UGC trends, and digital marketing.
  • Bonus: Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
