We're searching for a Chef who shares our passion for quality, creativity, and good times. Someone who wants to help us keep Wagga buzzing, one plate at a time.

What you'll be doing

  • Cooking up our crowd-favourite pizzas, burgers and brewery plates with consistency and care
  • Injecting creativity into specials that pair perfectly with our beers
  • Owning your station during fast-paced service while supporting your fellow crows
  • Keeping the kitchen sharp: cleanliness, organisation and food safety always on point
  • Helping with ordering, stock control and minimising waste because
  • Bringing ideas, energy, and pride in what you put on the pass

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a busy commercial kitchen (pub/brewery background a big bonus)
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or the commitment to obtaining)
  • A passion for flavours, presentation, and the craft of cooking
  • Someone who works well under pressure and even better in a team
  • A positive attitude we like good food and good humans
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays because that's when the magic happens
