About The Opportunity
Securecorp is excited to offer two excellent opportunities to join our growing team:

  • Full-Time Control Room Operator – based in the Northern Suburbs
  • Casual Control Room Operator – based at Tullamarine

We are seeking an experienced Control Room Operator with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with systems such as Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and PassagePoint.

Duties And Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will have the chance to:

  • Monitor, operate and review CCTV system.
  • Communicate and liaise with emergency services and associated internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and writing accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities and visitor logs.
  • Critically assess and respond to situations of risk adeptly and in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Operate a two-way radio communication network for security personal and manage the deployment of security personnel.
  • Access control to personnel, employees and visitors.
  • Take part in ongoing training programs and exercises.

Key Selection Criteria
We're Looking For Candidates Who

  • Hold a current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement.
  • Hepatis B & Influenza Certificate (Current & Proof needed)
  • Have strong administrative skills, computer competency and excellent email etiquette.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels.
  • Knowledge across any of the following or similar software: Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passage point.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Valid Driver's license with transport.
  • Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Casual Varying Hours - Tullamarine
