Business Credit Managerx2- Health

As a result of continued growth and retirement, our Top 5 Banking Client is seeking to recruit 2 senior credit managers to support the Health and Diversified Client portfolios with quality decisioning on Commercial/Corporate debt transactions up to circa $100m with sweet spot of $20m-30m. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative team lead by a strong trust based leader who values people.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following:
- 5-7years commercial credit decisioning with current personal credit approval limit of no less than $10m
- Hold either Health specialist and/or diversified industries sector experience
- Strong decision making & influencing skills
- Sound financial analysis and loan structuring skills across the full bank commercial lending product range with strong working capital experience
- Be a proactive & collaborative decisioner who geniunely wants to work in with frontline and support growth of the portfolio with quality loans
- Be a strong contributor to a positive & supportive one team culture - sense of humour highly valued
- Be tertiary qualified in a relative finance related degree
