Administration Officer

We are a growing electrical company looking for someone with enthusiasm to join our support team.
You will be responsible for scheduling and coordination of field staff, quoting, invoicing, data management, Stock management, checklists and quality assurance, general admin duties, systems development and liaising with clients and suppliers.
We would like for you to have excellent time management and communication skills, experience in the trade sector, or the property management sector, exceptional customer service and problem solving skills, and although not necessary, experience in job management software (Aroflo or similar) is desired.
Training is provided, and once competent the option to work from home is also available.
We are a close knit team with a focus on inclusivity and a fun environment with regular team activities, we are always looking at ways to improve our culture and environment.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
