**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Administrative support for both **Sales and Rentals**:

- **Answering incoming calls** and greeting clients with a friendly, professional approach
- **Preparing and printing documents**, sales packs, and marketing materials
- **Content creation** for social media, property ads, and internal communications
- Assisting with **open home preparation**, signage, and general office coordination
