About your new role?

Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager you'll be supporting the Accounts Payable function out of our head office located in Bankstown NSW.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support in managing the day-to-day flow of work in the Accounts Payable team.
  • Support the delivery of efficient business services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders within the payables and expenses areas.
  • Support in ensuring month end deadlines and deliverables are met including inclusions in the monthly results of invoices and accruals.
  • Provide timely and accurate payable information into the cash management reports.
  • Initiate process improvements to improve our service delivery to the business.
  • Manage, maintain, reconcile, and settle intercompany transactions when needed.

What will make you successful?

To excel in this role, you'll need the below:

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamix D365 and/or MYOB systems.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using EFTsure is desirable
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to drive operational efficiency and productivity across the branch network.
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical.
