- Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting up to trial balance.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reporting.
- Learn accounting software ( MYOB & Zero )
- Resolve financial discrepancies and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist with process improvements and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Provide admin support to leadership and backup coverage during team absences.
- Participate in meetings, goal-setting, and other team initiatives.
- Perform other finance and admin tasks as required.
- Certificate IV Business qualification required.
- Certificate IV qualification must be in Business or Accounting.
- Minimum 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
