The Opportunity

As a key member of our administration and client support team, you'll take pride in ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their journey with our advisers. From first contact to final follow-up, you'll help create a positive and professional experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality administrative support across financial planning, accounting and mortgage broking teams
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, offering a warm and helpful presence
  • Coordinate client communications and appointment scheduling
  • Submit applications and follow up with product providers (eg. superannuation and insurance companies) to track progress and resolve outstanding requirements
  • Assist professional team members with documentation and follow-ups
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled with care, accuracy, and confidentiality
