About the role

Bamboozel Projects is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to join our thriving sales team. This is a full-time position based in our Botany, NSW office. As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing client base, as well as identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to client inquiries and proactively managing their needs
  2. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client accounts
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  6. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide insights to improve processes and drive results

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in an internal sales or account management role, preferably in the Sales industry
  2. Experience in marketing/advertising industry is required for this role
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
  4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-enabling technologies
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
